- Something on the site that is broken, wrong, or unclear.
How quickly we reply
Within two working days, and usually sooner. A deletion request is actioned and confirmed by reply, and we will not ask you why. A question we cannot answer yet gets told so plainly, rather than left unanswered.
Where we are
Bagsley is built in the United Kingdom, and the waitlist database is hosted in the EU. There is no office to visit and no telephone line to ring, so email is the way in. Nothing you send is added to a mailing list.
